Lapis Lazuli International N.V. is a European company from the Netherlands specialized in the development of natural health products especially those optic products such as eyes drops and contact lens solutions and care products in particular. On 1 Nov. 2004, with the assistance of BTC Consultant Co., Ltd., Lapis Lazuli International N.V. established its Far East office, namely Lapis Lazuli (Asia) Eye Care Products Ltd. in Hong Kong to exploit the Asian markets.

Case 6 : Gaoyou Government in China (Economic Zone for Investments)

Gaoyou, a state-level ecological demonstration zone, is situated in the Economic Zone along the Yangtze River. On Aug. 28, 2004, Gaoyou Government and BTC Consultant Co. entered into an agreement and BTC Consultant Co. is entrusted to work as the intermediary agent for attracting investment to advance the business development of Gaoyou city.

Case 4 : Zhangjiagang Government in China (Zhangjiagang Tangqiao Development Zone)

Zhangjiagang is a city in China Jiangsu. Since the policy of "reform and open-up-to-the-outside", the Zhangjiagang government plans to speed up the pace of inviting investment from oversea. On 1 June 2004, Zhangjiagang Tangqiao Committee signed a contract with BTC and commissioned BTC to act as the intermediary agent to bring in investors to the Zhangjiagang Tangqiao Development Zone. Today, BTC is actively exploring investment from oversea, especially from European and Far East companies.
